Fleet and mirroring software runs on your control PC. As device count grows, the PC often bottlenecks before the farm chassis — plan CPU, RAM, USB, and GPU early.
Recommended baseline
- CPU: Quad-core or better (Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or newer). Higher clock helps many live mirrors.
- RAM: 16GB minimum; 32GB when mirroring 40+ devices simultaneously.
- GPU: Optional discrete GPU (e.g. GTX 1650 class) if software encoding loads the CPU heavily.
- USB: Powered USB hubs only; cable and port quality directly affect disconnect rate.
- OS: Windows 10/11 64-bit with board, hub, and ADB drivers installed.
Before installing fleet software
Close or uninstall other phone-assistant apps that grab USB ports — port conflicts are a top cause of “device not found” on first setup.
Scale-out pattern
One control PC per rack row is common at mid scale. Split fleets across PCs when mirror lag or CPU usage stays high after tuning LAN mode.
